This is the whole chain in one check. A clinician picks a CPOE order sentence, the order flows to the pump, and the pump programs it. It only programs with dose limits on if the order sentence, the aligned formulary and the drug library all agree about that drug, in that care area, and the default dose sits inside the library limits. Break any link and the order opens the loop: it will not resolve on the pump, and the fallback is a manual infusion with no limits. This page checks all three at once and tells you, per order sentence, whether the loop closes. It never recommends a dose. The data is synthetic and nothing is uploaded.
All three are preloaded with a synthetic sample so the check runs on open. Replace any of them with your own CSV.
Nothing leaves this browser. All three files are read on your machine. No upload, no storage.

closes the loop The order sentence matches a formulary entry and a drug library entry, in the same care area, and the default dose is inside the library limits. An order placed here reaches the pump and programs with its dose limits on.
loop opens A link is broken: no formulary entry, no library entry, a concentration or unit mismatch, or a default dose above the library hard limit. The order will not resolve, and the fallback is basic mode with no limits, or the pump blocks the start.
review It resolves, but the default sits outside the soft limits and will alert on every start, or a formulary and library entry has no order sentence behind it so no one can order it. A pharmacy and nursing decision, not a stopper.
Illustrative values. The doses and limits in the sample are synthetic and are here to make the check real. This page checks whether the three systems agree, never whether a dose or a limit is clinically right. It is not clinical decision support and not a medical device.
